PMAESA Objectives

The main objectives behind the establishment of the Association are:

• provide its member`s with a chance to exchange ideas and information through conferences, workshops and media interfaces in matters related to transport and trade facilitation
• to assist members to modernise their systems in a bid to enhance productivity and service delivery
• to create and maintain relations with other development partners, regional/sub-regional, international organizations and transport authorities throught mutual projects and studies in matters beneficial to members
• facilitate implementation of International Maritime Organisation (IMO) Conventions and Programs
