Courtesy Call by New ISCOS Secretary General

The PMAESA Secretary General Col. Andre Ciseau received the newly appointed Secretary General of the Intergovernmental Standing Committee on Shipping Mr. Daniel Kiange at the PMAESA Secretariat on 20 February 2020.
Mr Kiange expressed his appreciation to the PMAESA Secretary General for the warm welcome. He was accompanied by his team comprising Mr. Kassim Mpaata, Director of Finance & Administration and Mr. Alex Zulu, Director of Trade Facilitation & Policy Harmonization.
Mr Kiange underscored his support to the existing collaboration between the 2 organizations and pledged to continue working with government entities to grow the partnership. His sentiments were echoed by Col. Ciseau who also mentioned that the partnership is geared towards achieving mutual goals.
ISCOS plans to expand its membership and of interest is the shared existing membership between PMAESA and ISCOS.
Others present during the meeting were PMAESA Secretariat staff, Ms. Rozina Mwandawiro, the Accountant and Ms. Hilda Mwendwa, the Administration Officer.
