The project brings a regional approach to developing the specialized TVET skills by creating a small cluster of regional TVET Centers of Excellence with the aim of bridging acute shortage of specialized TVET skills in the transport, energy, manufacturing, including agro-processing, and ICT, thereby accelerating the industrialization agenda.
