Andre Ciseau held successful courtesy visits and stakeholder engagement meetings with key port and maritime stakeholders in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The visits – conducted from 11 – 12 August 2025 – aimed at briefing the stakeholders about ongoing PMAESA activities and projects.
The hosts included PMAESA Members: Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA), Tanzania Shipping Agencies Corporation (TASAC), Zambia Cargo and Logistics Ltd (ZAMCARGO) as well as partners which included: Dar es Salaam Maritime Institute (DMI) and Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (CCTTFA).
Representatives from the host organizations welcomed the opportunity to hold discussions with the PMAESA principal and reiterated their full support to the port & maritime sector centric projects.
Col. Ciseau expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome afforded to him and pledged his full support to the stakeholders.
He was accompanied by Ms Ruth Muigai, Head of Projects and Planning at the PMAESA Secretariat.
