PMAESA Secretary General Col. Andre Ciseau participated in the recently concluded 3rd IORIS Steering Committee, Policy Board and Working Group Meetings which took place in Manila, the Philippines from 18 – 20 November 2025.
The discussions built on the momentum of previous Indo-Pacific Regional Information Sharing (IORIS) Platform Steering Committee Meetings, which generated significant impetus to consolidate the IORIS platform as a secure and neutral information-exchange tool serving to enhance maritime domain awareness and decision-making processes throughout the Indo-Pacific.
Col. Ciseau, thanked the CRIMARIO team for inviting PMAESA to the discussions in Manila and reiterated PMAESA’s support to the IORIS platform development.
The meeting, co-hosted by the The National Maritime Center in Phillipines, sought to provide an invaluable opportunity to continue institutionalising IORIS governance through work carried out at Policy, Operational and Legal levels as well as continue fostering collaboration and exchange of ideas on shaping the future of IORIS in terms of both governance and operational utilisation.
